Refund Policy

At any stage, any funds deposited are non-refundableonce the initial manuscript review, editorial assessment, design concepts, or publishing strategies have been delivered and subsequently approvedby the client, or when a revisionhas been requested unless Trinity Book Publishers cancels or terminates your contract for a reason unrelated to your breach or non-performance. All refund requests are subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Based on Project Stage

  • If you request a refund after receiving the initial editorial assessment, manuscript review, cover design concepts, or publishing plan, and you approveor request changes, the refund offer becomes void.
  • Once the project enters the revision phase(editing revisions, design revisions, or strategy adjustments), the refund policy becomes voidand no refund will be granted.

2. Refund Windows

  • If a refund request is made beforethe delivery of the initial concepts or assessments, you may qualify for a full refund(minus a 10% administrative and processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hoursafter delivery of the initial concepts, you may be eligible for a 66% refund(minus a 10% administrative and processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made within 48–96 hoursafter delivery of initial concepts, you may be eligible for a 33% refund(minus a 10% administrative and processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 96 hoursof delivering the initial concepts. However, we encourage you to contact us so we may address your concerns.

3. Client Inactivity

  • No refund will be granted after 7 working daysof client inactivity. Restarting the project may incur a reactivation fee depending on the scope.
  • If the client becomes unresponsive for 5 working daysat any stage, refund eligibility is void.

4. Submission and Review of Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted to the Trinity Book Publishers Support Department.
  • Trinity Book Publishers reserves the right to approve or denyrefund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Delivery of Final Files

  • No refunds will be granted once final manuscripts, final book design files, marketing materials, or publishing-ready fileshave been delivered.

6. Service-Specific Refund Limitations

  • For Publishing Packages, no refund will be issued once editorial revisions have begun, cover or interior layout concepts have been revised, or production steps (e.g., formatting, ISBN assignment, printing setup) have commenced.
  • For multi-service packages(e.g., Editing + Cover Design + Marketing), a refund applies only to the portion of services not yet initiated.
    • Example: If you approve the editing but not the marketing plan, you may be eligible for a refund for the marketing service only, subject to the timelines above.

7. Validity of Refund Request

  • A refund request must include a valid and reasonable explanation, measured against your original project brief and feedback history.
  • If the work has been completed according to your brief and revision instructions, a refund will notbe approved; however, further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.

8. Non-Disparagement Agreement

Both Trinity Book Publishers and the Client agree not to publicly criticize, disparage, or harm the reputationof the other (including employees, partners, or associates) on any platform (forums, blogs, social media, etc.) during or after the engagement. Any breach may require the offending party to pay reasonable damages as determined by the non-breaching party.

9. Good-Faith Policy

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies only when orders are placed in good faith. If a client submits the same manuscript or design request to multiple agencies with the intent to claim multiple refunds, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

10. Client Participation Requirement

Publishing services require consistent client involvement, including review of drafts, proofs, edits, and designs. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback to ensure the project’s success.

11. Originality Disclaimer

Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a new cover design concept if ours is found to be substantially similar to an existing design by coincidence. Trinity Book Publishers is not responsible for copyright registration; it is the client’s responsibility to secure copyrights for their manuscript and artwork.

  • 12. Chargeback and Payment Disputes
  • Clients are strongly discouraged from initiating chargebackswith their bank or payment provider instead of following the official refund process with Trinity Book Publishers.
  • Any attempt to bypass the established refund process may result in:
    • Immediate suspensionof all project work
    • Denial of refundeligibility
    • Recovery of additional administrative or legal fees incurred to resolve the chargeback
  • Trinity Book Publishers reserves the right to contest any chargebackwith supporting documentation, including:
    • Signed agreements
    • Original project brief
    • Delivery confirmations
    • Communication and feedback records
  • Clients initiating chargebacks without prior communication may be considered in violation of the contract, which may impact future business relationships or legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Trinity Book Publishers strives for transparent, fair, and professional resolutions to all concerns. To maintain a positive working relationship, the following dispute process applies:

1. Initial Resolution Attempt

  • If you have concerns about any service, you must first contact our Support Departmentin writing.
  • Our team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business dayswith proposed solutions or clarifying questions.

2. Escalation Process

If the issue is not resolved through initial communication:

  1. The matter will be escalated to a Senior Project Managerfor further review.
  2. Both parties may be asked to provide:
    • Project briefs
    • Revision requests
    • Deliverables
    • Communication history
    • Any other relevant documentation
  3. The Senior Manager will provide a formal determination within 7–10 business days.

3. Mediation

If an agreement still cannot be reached:

  • The parties agree to engage in mediationthrough a mutually agreed-upon, neutral third-party mediator.
  • Costs of mediation will be shared equally, unless otherwise determined in writing.

4. Arbitration

If mediation does not resolve the dispute:

  • Both parties agree to binding arbitrationaccording to the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable.
  • Litigation will only occur if required by law or for enforcement of the arbitration decision.

5. No Public Disputes

  • Both parties agree not to engage in public complaints, defamation, or negative statements during the dispute process.
  • Violations may result in damages or legal action.

6. Continued Work During Disputes

  • Work on the project may be paused during dispute resolution.
  • Neither party will be deemed in breach solely for pausing work during an ongoing, formally documented dispute.

Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the publishing package selected. Clients can request unlimited free amendments to manuscripts, editorial assessments, or publishing materials, and we will revise them at no additional charge, provided the original content and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours.

If you opt out of third-party services included in your package (e.g., hosting, email services), you will not receive associated servicessuch as email accounts or online publication support.


Delivery Policy

  • All manuscripts, editorial assessments, and publishing materials are delivered via your My Accountarea on the date specified in your Order Confirmation.
  • A notification email will also be sent to alert you of the delivery.
  • All policies regarding revisions and refunds are based on the delivery date and timeof your order.
  • Customized manuscripts are typically delivered within 5–7 business daysafter receipt of your order.
  • Rush Delivery:You can receive your initial manuscript review within 24 hours by paying an additional $100. Contact customer support for details.

Record Maintenance

We archive all final manuscripts and publishing materials after delivery. If you need your files resent, we can provide them upon request via email.
